Tracked Text that Stretches!

IMPORTANT NOTE: the beta for Resolve 18.5 has broken the tracking features when using this effect on the Edit Page. I'm hopeful for a fix soon and wil release an update when this issue is fixed. For now you can open the effect int eh fusion page using the icon in the inspector and the tracking tools should work properly there.
